A music video featuring the song “Airy Me” by Cuushe. As the title implies, the song is about a nurse taking care of a little kid then pressing his nose which makes him transform into a hideous shape-shifting monster that chases her throughout the hospital. The song sounds like a Björk demo, but the animation and directing is extremely impressive.

The visual style is reminiscent of… something I can’t put my finger on at the moment. It has sort of a sketchbook feel as is all the rage with anime short films, but it’s over both a white and manila background, and the outlines have this rotating tint of red and green. Camera just wobbles all over the place. Some pretty creepy imagery, light horror vibe when combined with the innocuous appearance and introduction that turns into something repulsive. I want that lung lamp. I had no reaction to Airy Me other than “neat.”
