‘Ring of Gundam’ is a five-minute special celebrating the franchise’s anniversary. I’m not sure how else to describe it, other than "bad."

Incredible CG (relatively speaking), and an absolute fucking nonsense plot. “Ring of Gundam” might refer to how “Amuro’s Legacy” is passed along to subsequent Gundam works. Especially since, in the short, the memories are supposed to save mankind. Hell, Yoshiyuki Tomino has said or implied the Gundam property’s purpose is actually saving real-life humanity by inspiring them… Or, it all means absolutely nothing. Not recommended. What a waste of an anniversary special.
